Welcome to PSYNT, an international therapy practice bringing accessible therapy to expats, immigrants, LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals.
We offer therapy in English, French, and Ukrainian.

Whether you are seeking individual, couples, or group therapy, LGBTQ+ friendly therapy, or require specialized counseling for neurodiverse individuals, our experienced team is here to support you on your journey to mental well-being. We also offer therapy retreats for those looking for a more immersive therapeutic experience.
Meet the Team
Both our therapists work in English, and are bi- and multilingual in other languages. We are trained and experienced in various techniques – you are sure to find someone suited to your narrative and style with PSYNT.

Psychologist / Co-Owner
Specialties: EMDR (trauma therapy, PTSD), work with neurodivergent clients (autism & ADHD), depressive/anxiety disorders, complicated grief, attachment, sexual orientation and gender identity (exploration and affirmation, associated traumas), questions related to Jewish identities (exploration and affirmation, associated traumas), expat counseling, couples' counseling and work with polyamorous clients.

Psychologist / Co-Owner
Specialties: narrative therapy, schema therapy, EMDR, humanistic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, expat and immigrant counseling, LGBTQ+ identity development and affirmation, ADHD coaching, work with neurodiverse clients (identity, lifestyle adjustment), eating disorders, depressive/anxiety disorders, burnout, adjustment and grief, couples' counseling, work with polyamorous clients.
