About Me
Hello, my name is Weronika Olędzka. I am a psychologist and a cognitive-behavioral therapist. I provide counseling and psychotherapy for people who suffer from affective, anxiety, and psychosomatic disorders. I have a special interest in working with people who face difficulties related to their sexual orientation or immigration. I also work with people who face life crises. In the therapeutic process, I integrate techniques from CBT, Schema Therapy, and ACT. I combine different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client. At work, I focus on establishing a safe therapeutic relationship, based on acceptance, empathy, respect, and trust. I provide my services in Polish and English. I offer weekly sessions, however, this can vary depending on the type of therapy and personal requirements. I respect the code of ethics in psychology and psychotherapy. I work under supervision.
